3.5. Exploring the CVS

The GPE CVS is separated into seven toplevel directories.

• base GPE core applications and libraries.

• eyecandy Themes and wallpapers.

• games Game applications and data.

• gpe-logo The GPE logo in several sizes, forats and versions.

• html The project website and some documentation.

• marketing GPE marketing information like flyers.

• tasks GPE tasks for Familiar, currently unused.

The base section contains a toplevel Makefile to build a whole GPE - don't try to use it, it is broken because of our move to autotools.
